VIRTUAL REALITY HEADSET OPTIONS & PRICING
Participants may choose to either rent, purchase, or enter a rent-to-own arrangement for a headset to participate in Virtual Reality Therapy sessions. Please see the details for each option outlined in the pricing table below. Participants are to select only one of the options below:

Terms and Conditions:
- A refundable deposit is required for all Standard Rental and Rent-to-Own arrangements to cover the headset’s potential damages, loss, or non-return.
- The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the headset in good working condition, minus any applicable fees for damages or late returns.
- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in deductions from the deposit based on the cost of repairs or replacement parts.
- If the headset is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the full deposit may be retained. Additional fees may apply if the damage exceeds the deposit amount.
- Upon completing the four quarterly payments, headset ownership will transfer to the renter.
- Any deposit collected will be refunded upon the final payment, provided no outstanding fees or damages exist.
- The headset must be returned to VRTA at the end of the rental period.
- Returns should be made in good working condition and include all original accessories.
- Failure to return the headset on time may result in late fees and deductions from the deposit.
- Late returns may incur a daily fee deducted from the deposit. This fee will be based on the standard rental rate until the headset is returned or reported as lost.
- VRTA reserves the right to terminate the rental or rent-to-own agreement if the terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, any unpaid balance for repairs or replacement may be billed to the renter.
- VRTA provides technical support and basic maintenance for rented or rent-to-own headsets. Please contact VRTA customer service for any setup or troubleshooting assistance.
- NDIS participants must ensure that funding approval is confirmed before entering into any rental, purchase, or rent-to-own agreement.
